Maine Consolidated School District is located in Parks, AZ 20 miles outside Flagstaff, AZ in the beautiful Kaibab Forest within Coconino County

• Communication, interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with co-workers, supervisor, the general public, etc. sufficient to exchange or convey information and receive direction
• Communication with parents and community members using a high level of active listening, patience, empathy, and teamwork in the forefront of all exchanges
• Ability to work with individuals and groups of students to support academic and behavior management, whole class, small groups, one-on-one
• Patience working with children
• Maintain confidentiality, participates in the IEP process
• Ability to learn new skills, flexibility and willingness to provide a variety of tasks
• Prior experience working with children preferred
• Position in the class typically requires: climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, lifting, etc.
